SWPG Attorneys Present CLM Panel Discussion

Shareholder Alma Aguirre and Associate Ross Broussard recently participated in the CLM (Claims and Litigation Management Alliance) Houston Chapter Networking event attended by insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other industry professionals. Ms. Aguirre and Mr. Broussard lead a panel discussion on “Trends in Premises Liability Law, Plaintiffs’ Efforts to Get Around It, and How a Good Initial Investigation is one of the Most Effective Defensive Tools.” The discussion covered the relevant duties and legal causes of action as well as the plaintiff’s efforts to ignore these duties and the necessity of investigations with an emphasis on innovative tools and the effectiveness of technology before a jury.
