Steve Grubbs and Amanda Flanagan Secure Withdrawal of OSHA Citation in Fatality

Steve Grubbs and Amanda Flanagan were successful in securing a settlement which included the withdrawal of all of the citations issued by OSHA in a case where an pipeline right of way crew member was struck and killed by a motor grader. In the OSHA Compliance Officer’s deposition, it became evident that the he failed to follow appropriate protocol from the OSHA Field Operations Manual during the course of his investigation.
