Travis practices in the areas of construction litigation, including defects and injuries. He also defends employers against OSHA citations and represents companies in employment law matters. Travis previously worked for another Texas law firm, and prior to that, he practiced law in Illinois.
In addition to his legal background, Travis has over eight years of experience managing occupational safety on large construction sites and in a variety of industrial facilities throughout Texas and the United States. Travis has written several articles dealing with occupational safety and the intersection of legal issues and construction injuries. Travis is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) who has been featured in EHS Daily Advisor’s Faces of EHS column.
Travis’s direct experience in construction and manufacturing gives him special insight into the daily operations and practical aspects of these industries, making him uniquely suited to provide guidance to employers in these industries when faced with a contractual, defects, or injury-related dispute or lawsuit.
