Mr. White’s practice specializes in civil litigation, where he represents individuals, businesses, various organizations, and insurance companies in a wide variety of cases including personal injury, premises liability, construction defects, and professional liability. Mr. White worked the majority of his career as a practitioner in Wisconsin, practicing everything from insurance defense to criminal law, always with an emphasis on litigation. He moved to Texas with his family in 2019 and worked in house for USAA until joining Sheehy Ware. His broad and varied background as well as his extensive litigation experience allows him to give informed advice to clients and zealously pursue favorable outcomes for his clients through negotiation, motion practice and trials.
