Henry C. A. List, Jr.

Mr. List has over a decade of experience in litigation involving several areas of the law, primarily workers compensation, first-party property damage claims and subrogation. Since 2014, while he has represented dozens of individuals with respect to their claims against insurance companies, the majority of his time and experience has been spent successfully defending numerous employers and insurance companies, from small businesses to large corporations, against claims filed by injured workers. In doing so, he has handled all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including the discovery process, depositions, motion practice, case evaluation, hearings and mediations. He is licensed in all Texas state courts, as well as in all four Texas United States District Courts. He is also licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky and is licensed in both the Eastern and Western United States District Courts there as well.

Mr. List earned his J.D. at Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law and he received his B.A. in history, cum laude, from the University of Kentucky. He was born and raised in Lexington, KY where he resided until 2023 when he and his family moved to Texas.
