Mr. McMath is a member of the firm’s Toxic Tort and Mass Litigation section. He has substantial experience representing clients in asbestos and silica litigation involving hundreds of claimants. He also represents clients in products liability personal injury cases and has worked on commercial litigation matters throughout his career. With six years of practical oilfield related experience prior to law school, Mr. McMath has an extensive understanding of the day to day exposures and working conditions encountered in the Gulf Coast area refineries with regard to toxic tort claims for asbestos, silica, benzene and welding. Mr. McMath has first and second chair trial experience and regularly represents national and international manufacturers and suppliers against claims for personal injuries and economic loss.
