Christina “Tina” E. Gutierrez
Tina handles cases of varying size and complexity, focusing on construction defect and contract actions. Her representation includes business owners, individuals, and insurance companies in many types of civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Tina gained experience litigating employment wage and hour, first party insurance bad faith claims, workers’ compensation, personal injury, premium fraud, consumer, real estate, and contract disputes. Tina also has experience providing coverage analysis and has investigated several workers’ compensation claims providing clients guidance to make good faith benefits decisions ahead of statutory deadlines. Tina’s broad range of experience allows her practice to focus on litigation defense while anticipating potential needs of clients across industries.
