Cade Lunsford practices in the area of general civil litigation, primarily defending clients in personal injury matters, contract disputes, construction defect litigation, premises liability, and other general negligence matters.  Cade has considerable experience defending personal injury matters and is dedicated to providing tailored representation and taking a proactive approach to his clients’ unique litigation needs.

Prior to practicing law, Cade worked in the commercial construction industry for a national general contracting firm.

Construction Defect Litigation

 

 

  • Representation of owners, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, and product manufacturers in construction defect claims, as well as defending and seeking indemnification for personal injury claims caused by alleged defective construction methods and materials.

Trucking Accident Litigation

 

  • Defended trucking companies in lawsuits ranging from straightforward to catastrophic personal injury losses. 

Automobile Liability

  • Representation of insureds and insurance carriers in suits arising from auto accidents, ranging from special investigations to catastrophic injury cases. 

 General Liability

 

  • Representation of companies and individuals in a variety of personal injury suits arising under premises and CGL policies as well as homeowners and excess policies.
