SWP Attorneys secure Motion for Summary Judgment

Congratulations to Sheehy, Ware & Pappas Of Counsel, Vasilia Wilkes, and Associate Costa Economides for successfully securing a summary judgment in favor of firm client in a shooting case where the plaintiff alleged that the firm client was negligent in not allowing the plaintiff out of his lease as a result of prior domestic violence. The roommate shot the plaintiff on the premises when the plaintiff went to secure his belongings.

Ms. Wilkes focuses her practice both in state and federal courts, in the context of insurance policies, general liability, UIM/UM, commercial and residential property damage, bad faith, arson, professional liability, business torts, construction (including Owner Controlled Insurance Programs), and real estate claims.

Mr. Economides joined the firm in 2020 after graduating with a J.D. from the South Texas College of Law in Houston. He focuses his practice on transportation and trucking litigation, construction litigation, and commercial & business litigation.
