OSHA Form 300A Submission Deadline

03.02.2023

Don’t forget: Today, March 2, is the deadline to submit Form 300A data for calendar year 2022 to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Establishments with 250 or more employees that are required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, as well as establishments with 20 to 249 employees in certain industries with high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses, must submit Form 300A electronically, via the Injury Tracking Application.

This must be done even if no reportable incidents occurred during the year. More details about OSHA Form 300, 301 and 300A reporting requirements can be found here. For more information, contact the OSHA attorneys at Pappas Grubbs Price PC.
