Leslie Palenius Shores and Teresa Porter obtain successful Summary Judgment in Potter County, Texas

Persistence prevailed in a 2012 filed lawsuit that went through four judges, one bankruptcy, and postponement due to opposing counsel medical issues. Our client’s motion for summary judgment was granted on construction defect allegations pertaining to roofing issues of a Amarillo hotel, dismissing Plaintiff’s claims of breach of contract, implied and express warranties and DTPA violations against our client roofing contractor. Plaintiff’s counsel declined further pursuit of the case.
