Firm Shareholder Successfully Defends Against OSHA Citations

Firm Shareholder, Joe Garnett, negotiated a highly favorable settlement of four ‘Serious’ OSHA citations issued against a Houston based gas pipeline component manufacturer. The settlement with OSHA reduced the fines levied, and insulates the client from enhanced OSHA penalties in the future. More importantly, the terms of the settlement drastically reduce the chances that the OSHA findings will be admissible against the client in a future civil action.
