All Citations Dismissed by OSHA for Line-Strike Explosion in Sonora, Texas

OSHA litigation partner, Steve Grubbs, was successful in convincing OSHA to delete all citations related to a massive LNG pipeline line strike which occurred during excavation operations in Sonora, Texas. The massive explosion that followed (see photo), resulted in severe burns to a father and son excavation team employed by the Firm’s client. The client, one of the region’s largest underground utility installation companies, was thrilled with this great result.
