Tammy Ardolf

Of Counsel

A versatile attorney both inside and outside a courtroom, Ms. Ardolf has managed and served as lead counsel on over a hundred cases from inception to trial.  Ms. Ardolf, who originally joined Sheehy, Ware, Pappas & Grubbs in 2019, has spent a substantial portion of her 25-year legal career defending municipalities and their elected officials and employees.  Her practice concentrated on federal civil rights litigation in complex, high-profile matters involving custodial deaths, use of force, and denial of medical care claims.  In addition to her trial and appellate experience, Ms. Ardolf also advised employers in their efforts to minimize the risk of litigation and achieve the greatest chance of success in defending against legal action.

Her extensive legal experience has uniquely equipped Ms. Ardolf to successfully represent her clients in trial and on appeal in both state and federal courts.  Currently, Ms. Ardolf works mainly on personal injury, property damage claims involving premises liability and general negligence, and automobile and truck accidents.  She represents a diverse group of clients at trial.  Some of her clients include transportation and trucking companies, restaurants, contractors, construction companies, and apartment complex management companies.

Ms. Ardolf is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
