Tammy Ardolf

Ms. Ardolf began her legal career in Dallas, Texas in 1997 as an Assistant District Attorney and worked for six successive Dallas County district attorneys.  In her prior position as the Deputy Chief of the Federal Litigation Division, Ms. Ardolf defended county employees, departments, and elected officials in both state and federal court.  Her practice focused upon civil rights litigation including Title VII employment claims, denial of medical care, excessive force, and jail conditions of aconfinement cases.  Not only did Ms. Ardolf set strategy, but she also obtained favorable trial verdicts for her clients before judges and juries and on appeal.  Ms. Ardolf has had an active trial practice, appearing as counsel in over a hundred cases in the Northern District of Texas in the past eleven years.

Ms. Ardolf joined the firm in 2019 and primarily practices in the areas of personal injury defense, construction defect, and premises liability.
