Mr. Broussard received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in psychology from the University of Louisiana – Lafayette. Thereafter, he worked as a clinical psychotherapist whose areas of concentration included neuropsychological examinations, psychological risks assessments, and adult and substance abuse therapy. While working as a psychotherapist, he consulted with attorneys regarding criminal law matters as well as medical disability and personal injury claims which included administering numerous neuropsychological tests to evaluate a client’s cognition, malingering, personality, and aptitude.

After several years working as a clinical psychotherapist, Mr. Broussard attended law school and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas college of Law and was licensed to practice law in the state of Texas. While in law school, Mr. Broussard provided jury consulting services with several consulting firms including Jury Focus and Decision Quest. Prior to joining Sheehy Ware Pappas & Grubbs, Mr. Broussard worked at Houston firms which specialized in trucking and transportation, construction, premises liability, professional liability, healthcare litigation, and general personal injury defense.

Mr. Broussard’s area of concentration include trucking and transportation, construction, premises liability, healthcare litigation, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and jury consulting.
