Kyle E. Ludovice

Kyle E. Ludovice

Associate

Mr. Ludovice has participated in a wide variety of litigation, including commercial business disputes regarding non-competition agreements and trade secrets, construction defect litigation, premises liability, wrongful death claims and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.

A Houston native who attained his law license in 2019, Mr. Ludovice advocates for his clients in a number of ways, including applying his excellent written communication skills to writing dispositive motions and researching convoluted legal issues.

While the attorney’s goal is always a successful outcome at the trial court level, he keeps issues of appellate procedure in mind throughout his cases in order to be well-positioned in case an appeal is necessary. Where applicable, he advocates for his clients’ needs throughout the entire appellate process, including interlocutory appeals and other original proceedings.
