Katarzyna “Kasia” Daniec


Ms. Daniec practices primarily in insurance defense, with extensive experience in civil litigation of personal injury claims, premises liability claims, oil field accidents and construction defect litigation.

Over the course of her career, she has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of matters. In representing her clients, Ms. Daniec focuses on cultivating a deep understanding of their unique situation and goals and developing an effective litigation strategy to best achieve them.

Born and raised in Poland, Ms. Daniec moved to the United States two decades ago. She received her Juris Doctorate from Saint Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, in 2010.

In addition to English and her native Polish, Ms. Daniec is fluent in Spanish. An adventurous traveler, she has visited five continents and lists Spain, Morocco and Mexico, in that order, as her favorite destinations. She is also an avid reader and fitness enthusiast.
