Ms. Lockshin received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Mills College in Oakland, California. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Whittier Law School. During that time, Ms. Lockshin clerked for an international law firm focusing on commercial contract disputes. Ms. Lockshin, a Merit Scholarship recipient, gained valuable research and writing experience as a member of the Whittier Journal of Child & Family Advocacy.
Following graduation, Ms. Lockshin worked for a personal injury litigation firm in California, focusing on FELA and medical mal practice. Ms. Lockshin then worked in the legal department for a major insurance carrier. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Ms. Lockshin worked for a regional law firm, specializing in construction defect and personal injury defense. Ms. Lockshin was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2016.
Ms. Lockshin’s areas of concentration include, construction defect, personal injury, premises liability and commercial liability.
