Mr. O’Rear joined the firm in 2017. Since joining the firm he has concentrated his practice to include construction litigation as well as product liability and trucking. Prior to law school he worked as a general contractor for many years specializing in wind storm construction. His prior experience has given him a unique and thorough understanding of the construction industry in which he is able to handle a range of matters including construction defect claims. Mr. O’Rear also has experience in defending subrogation
cases and personal injury cases. He has also tried cases in Federal Court including first chair experience. While a student Mr. O’Rear was a member of the law review and graduated summa cum laude. He is active in the Houston Bar Association as well as the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. O’Rear spends his spare time with his wife and four children.
