Ms. Catalani is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on personal injury and product liability defense, as well as health care law and corporate law.

The attorney has extensive experience in representing component manufacturers in nationwide product liability and personal injury actions in both state and federal courts. She has also successfully represented health care entities and providers in a variety of matters, including non-compete, ERISA, and employment actions.

Ms. Catalani has expertly handled every facet of litigation, having begun her practice in a high-volume plaintiff’s personal injury firm where she developed her own docket of cases from intake to trial.

Her expertise also extends to corporate compliance. She has advised and assisted national and Houston-based entities in developing their regulatory and internal compliance programs.

In addition to being licensed to practice in the State of Texas, Ms. Catalani is admitted to practice before all federal district courts in Texas.

  • Represented Houston-based ambulatory surgical center in ERISA actions to recover underpayments from commercial health insurers.

  • Advised and assisted national retailer in creation and implementation of safety compliance and risk assessment programs.

Multi-District Litigation/Health Care

  • Represented national retailer in state-wide multi-district litigation brought by various municipalities as a result of the ongoing opioid epidemic.
