Ms. Flanagan successfully defended numerous individuals and companies in a wide range of cases involving personal injury, premises liability and breach of contract prior to joining the firm in 2008. Ms. Flanagan has also litigated commercial disputes, wrongful death claims, landlord-tenant disputes, and products liability actions. She has experience in handling all aspects of litigation, including, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, settlement analysis, mediations, and trial preparation. Since joining the firm, Ms. Flanagan continues to concentrate her practice on personal injury, wrongful death, and premise liability, while also defending employment claims.
During her time in law school, she served as Articles Editor for the South Texas Law Review.
