Mrs. Troegel is an accomplished attorney with over thirty years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts. Practice areas include defending corporations in personal injury cases, railroad litigation, including grade crossing accidents and cases filed under the Federal Employer’s Liability Act (FELA), occupational exposures, toxic torts, breach of contract, DTPA, environmental, and product liability cases. Mrs. Troegel has worked to build lasting relationships with her clients based on performance and dedication.
