Ms. Cully has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation including motion practice, written discovery, depositions, settlement analysis, trial, and appeals. She has regularly represented business entities, physicians, hospitals, nurses and employers in complex multi-party litigation involving personal injury and wrongful death. She has also represented physicians before the Texas Medical Board in disciplinary investigation.

Ms. Cully has successfully filed and defended multiple appeals to various State Courts. She has successfully defended and filed appeals related to expert reports under Chapter 74 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code and has successfully defended appeals related to employment issues.

Ms. Cully received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1996 from the University of Houston. She received her law degree from South Texas College of Law in May, 1999. From 1998 to 1999 she was a visiting student at Washington University Law School. After graduation from law school, she remained in St. Louis, Missouri and represented employers in worker’s compensation cases.

Ms. Cully is licensed to practice in all Texas Courts and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Texas. She is also licensed to practice in all State Courts in Missouri.
