Ms. Cully worked in St. Louis, Missouri for the first few years of her practice where she represented employers in worker’s compensation cases. Upon returning to Houston, Texas she represented physicians, hospitals and nurses in complex medical malpractice cases involving significant injuries and/or death for many years. She also represented physicians before the Texas Medical Board in disciplinary investigations. In 2013 Ms. Cully joined Sheehy, Ware & Pappas, and now represents business entities, subcontractors, and employers in construction defect litigation, professional malpractice litigation, commercial disputes, and personal injury claims.
Ms. Cully has successfully filed and defended multiple appeals to various State Courts. She has also successfully defended and filed appeals related to expert reports under Chapter 74 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code and appeals related to employment issues.
Ms. Cully is licensed to practice in all Texas Courts and the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. She is also licensed to practice in all State Courts in Missouri.

Ms. Cully lives with her husband, and their two children in Houston, Texas. Outside the office she regularly volunteers at Roberts Elementary School, Trafton Academy and West U Softball Association. She also regularly participates in events which support the Hermann Park Conservancy and the Alzheimer’s Association.
